ጃዋር መሀመድን ለፍርድ ለማቅረብ እንቅስቃሴ መጀመሩን ተገለጸ

የጃራ ሽባብ ተበሎ በሚጠራው የኦሮሞ የእስልምና አክራሪዎች ቡድን መሪ የሆነው ጃዋር መሀመድ በክርስቲያኖችና በኢትዮጵያውያኖች ላይ የአለምን አቀፍ ህግን በመጣስ ዘርን ከዘር ፣ሀይማኖትን ከ ሀይማኖት ለማጫረስ አንዳንድ ተራ ነገሮችን ሰበብ በማድረግ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ በሳይበር በአገር ውስጥ በተለይም በዲያስፖራ ለተጀመረው የጥላቻ ቅስቀሳ ለማስቆምና ግለሰቡን ወደ ፍርድ ለማቅረብ የህግ ባለሙያዎች እየተሰባሰቡና ምረጃዎችንም በመሰብሰብ ላይ ናቸው።የአለም አቀፍ ህግ ዘር ማጥፋትን ሳይሆን ቅስቀሳን ማድረግ በራሱ ትልቅ ወንጀል ነው።

The convention’s goal, of course, is to prevent genocide before it takes place. Those who incite genocide, and those who defend them, often invoke the freedom of speech. But no free-speech law condones threats of mass murder. The Nuremberg tribunal convicted and executed Nazi newspaper publisher Julius Streicher for inciting the murder of Europe’s Jews, even though he hadn’t committed murders directly.

Generally speaking, “incitement” means encouraging or persuading another to commit an offense by way of communication, for example by employing broadcasts, publications, drawings, images, or speeches. It is “public” under international law if it is communicated to a number of individuals in a public place or to members of a population at large by such means as the mass media. Among other things, its “public” nature distinguishes it from an act of private incitement (which could be punishable under the Genocide Convention as “complicity in genocide” or possibly not punishable at all). public incitement to genocide can be prosecutedeven if genocide is never perpetrated. Lawyers therefore classify the infraction an “inchoate crime”: a proof of result is not necessary for the crime to have been committed, only that it had the potential to spur genocidal violence.

What is the Jara Shabaabes Movement ?

      Jara Shebab Movement is a movement lead by Jawar Mohammed , Abdi Fite,Mohammed Ademo, kedir Elmo,Aisha Ali, Arfasse Oromiyaa,Geresu Tufa,Jicha Hamid,Mohammed Sheka. This movement primarily focuses on incitement of hate and genocide among different ethnic and religious communities in Ethiopia and all over the world. They primarly targeting  none Muslims and None oromos to some extent on moderate Oromos whom reject their narrow ,religious originated approach to Ethiopian present day problems. They coned Al Jazeera  and some Arabs into believing that Oromos are Muslims who are oppressed by Christians.

The Oromo Jara Shebabe group “Oromo First” campaign  has been exclusivity movement that wants to target Christians under the guise of Oromo people’s question for justice and equality. It is very vital that we negate such teaching and uproot it from the roots. Radical Islam knows not tolerance, compromise, democracy, and so forth. It is an ideology based on fanaticism that is myopic. The main agenda of such ideologies is to dominate, suppress, and oppress other societies and religions around them. Complete control is the idea behind such radicalism. This type of teaching has and is being propagated by groups like Oromo extremists and other radical Islam followers who want nothing but dominate and submerge everyone else. The ethnic cleansing, Church burnings, killings, and intimidations are all part of the wider strategy of these extremist Oromo Islamists and nationalists . The ongoing recent rhetoric exemplifies that where they have been calling out for the killing and ethnic cleansing of Amharas solely because they are Christians. What we must understand is that this will not stop with Amharas only. Once Jawar and his followers prosecute the Amahras, they will also come for Oromo, Sidama, Hadiya, Wolyta, etc… Christians. All one has to do is carefully examine Jawar’s speeches, statements, and writings. In one of his speeches given before a Muslim audience, he specifically stated that where he lives that many of the Oromos residing are Muslims, and therefore, if any Christian attempted to speak or exercise his or her right, they would be decapitated without question. In another video, Jawar specifically states, “Ethiopia out of Oromia.” This is in reference to so called Ethiopians to get out of so called Oromo regions. In other words, he is basically calling for an ethnic cleansing. There is many data to the open public for one to examine how these extremists are gaining momentum. It is the responsibility of everyone to expose such extremists because in the end the losers of this war will be everyone.
